If you believe material available on the site infringes your copyright, send a written notification to the operator's designated copyright contact containing all information reasonably necessary for us to identify and evaluate the claim.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow the operator to locate it on the site, such as direct URLs and page titles.
- Your name, company name if applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
DMCA notices should be sent to [email protected]. Include enough detail for the site team to identify the material at issue, verify the claim, and contact you if clarification is required.
The operator may request additional information if a notice is incomplete, unclear, or does not reasonably establish the basis of the complaint.
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where applicable law permits.
A valid counter-notification should include sufficient identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the applicable court jurisdiction under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), and your physical or electronic signature.
The operator reserves the right to remove material, terminate access, or impose technical restrictions on users or sources associated with repeated infringement, fraudulent notices, abusive conduct, or other misuse of the complaint process.
Submitting a DMCA notice does not automatically determine that infringement occurred. The operator may remove, restrict, or preserve material based on the information available, risk considerations, and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits the operator's ability to pursue other legal or equitable remedies or to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or law-enforcement requests.
